Ansdell house clearance were fantastic and very help full, they kept me updated with the house clearance i would highly recommend them and they sent me pictures afterwards to show me everything had been cleared

I rang the lovely Linda as I was purchasing a house and the owners were refusing to empty it. She came and had a look within the hour and gave me a great price ( would have been even better if original owners had paid ). We completed today and within half an hour Linda and her fab team turned up and emptied everything. They truely are amazing and a credit to Ansdell.... THANK YOU SO MUCH Derren Riley

We used Ansdell Artifacts to help us clear our mother's bungalow in Lytham. Linda and Clive provided an excellent and friendly service at a fair price, and kept us up to date with progress throughout. They cleaned the place when the job was finished and sent us photos by email so we could proceed with sale of the property with confidence that everything was shipshape. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Needed house clearance so contacted Ansdell antiques and house clearance. They provided prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price. Kept us informed at every stage of the job and left the house clean, neat and tidy. Would highly recommend. Linda was helpful and accessible.

We had to get a house clearance and we called in Ansdell Artifacts. Linda and Clive where excellent, they took everything from the food in the cupboards, clothes, all furniture and effects. The house was full of old magazines, books, junk in the attic and a garage full of old junk and lots of spiders ( I don't like spiders! ) they handled it all with no fuss. they are friendly and easy to deal with and extremely capable at what they do. the house was left clean and ready for sale and i would recommend them to anyone! Thank-you.
