Avoid for now until they have finished refurbishment its not fit for staying in. they offered me a new room but I herd more complaints from The family next door then read the Google reviews down stairs is nice but you pay for a bed and shower and both were terrible the bed was broke the decor was stuck in 70s and more grout and silicone on the shower than a hardware store again I am interested I how the refurb will come along has potential but not some where to stay at this moment

I stayed with my partner and a friend was a last min booking as the hotel we originally booked was in fact closed down thankkyou experia. We arrived on Tuesday 17th hotel was really nice with a lovely bar area and lovely games room .The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help very friendly. room was a little small and out dated but was spotlessly clean with crystal clean bedding and towels .very comfy beds overall fantastic stay thankyou j&j all the best for the future shall see you soon xxxxx

Well it's Blackpool so I suppose you can't be expecting too much. The rooms was very outdated but they was clean and the beds were comfy. Staff seemed friendly enough and ready to assist you if needed. Only 2 plug sockets was a little difficult for a family of 4 trying to charge phones up over night.. the bar area was alright I suppose, although I won't be staying again as I thought the price was a bit steep for the quality of the room but as stated earlier..It's Blackpool so I wasn't expecting the Hilton.
