Very friendly & helpful owners, on site parking. Great breakfast hamper included - nice touch which could have taken to have in lovely upstairs lounge with nice views Very clean room/bathroom with all provisions required. Nice bar area. Building and rooms bit dated but as building is old to be expected but it is charming and spotlessly clean. No lift but not many stairs. A short cheap taxi ride to city centre so good location and not noisy . Overlooking g prom so nice. Overall Very good value for money, Clean and comfy and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend ! Owners clearly love their business and even stay up til guests are all in fir the night
