        Very friendly host, room was spotless and spectacular especially for the price point. Comfortable sleep, decent shower, breakfast was lovely too. Will definitely come back. James & Cristina

        Excellent place to stay the hotel is spotless great rooms Peter and Cath have built a great little gem you are made welcome from your 1st contact and this continues until you leave Breakfast is excellent and the small bar is a great asset would not hesitate to recommend this place to everyone if you are going to Blackpool be sure to make this your first choice I am sure when I return it will be first on my list Pete and Cath keep up the great work
