Nearby activities: Only a few hundred yards from the Winter Gardens, and tha Grand theater, with close bars, pubs, restaurants, the escape rooms, the Tower and all its attractions.
Safety: A very safe hotel with a great card key system in place no noisy or anti social behaviour at all very safe as I wouldn't take my autistic son anywhere else.
Walkability: Less than 5 minutes from the promenade and the trams, and 2 mins from the Winter Gardens, the Grand, and the town centre hounds hill shopping mall and bus services.
Wi-fi: All rooms had great Wi-fi.
Food & drinks: Bars, pubs, theatres, restaurants, amusements and so mych more in a very short walking distance from the hotel.
Noteworthy details: With its welcoming atmosphere all of the staff at the hotel were simply amazing from its friendly and helpful front desk staff who were so good at their jobs really helpful and accommodating nothing is ever to much trouble. To the night porters, catering and kitchen staff who cook a wonderful breakfast to the domestic and cleaning staff the service is great.
