White House Hotel

The White House has been took over and completely renovated. The place is Modern and very clean and is equipped with everything you need for a weekend away with family or friends. We stayed in the Hollywood side of the building and I couldnt fault it. Despite not being a B&B the place has a very modern kitchen and is central therefore, local eateries are less than a minute walk. I would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely terrible. Pictures are nothing like the hotel. Bed mattress springs you could feel. Shower the pole for curtain rail didnt fit properly fell down . Toilet sink you had to lean over the toilet to use it. Went to speak to anger as one of out bath towels had point. Side of bed divan was all stained and so was the carpeting the room. Carpets on the stairs were thread bare and entering the property you could smell cigarette smoke and dampness. Manager wasnt interested . Rooms weren't clean.photos that are on the website are not what the rooms or hotel are like. We booked after seeing those photos. I have now put true photos on

The family room we had hadn't been cleaned after the last guests. There was rubbish in the bathroom and on the floor in the main room. Also there was bits of dirt in the bed (I slept on top of the covers). The bathroom was tiny and the bottom of the shower had mould around it. Was hoping to rebook in November, but am going to find somewhere else.
