Attended with my husband and 3 children for the weekend. Paid 130 bed and breakfast for two rooms for two nights, we checked in but the second room was not ready when we arrived, which wasn't a problem as we went straight out anyway and were able to leave personal belongings in the room that was ready. When we went back to the rooms on the night, the second room was made up ready but there was still empty cans of pop behind the beds and on the window ledge and the bins hadn't been emptied and did smell - it was nothing that we couldn't sort ourselves though. Duvets were also stained when I stripped the beds on departure. Overall, the rooms could have been cleaner, and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes throughout our stay (we're not smokers so may have been a more prominent smell for us) and the rooms were quite dusty. Breakfast was amazing, and the manager Charlie did offer to rectify any issues we had. She did make us feel welcome and the Location was ideal too. Would we stay again? No we wouldn't But I suppose we got what we paid for.
