        James and wife were friendly,funny and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed for our weekend away, like we were staying with friends tbh. Cooked breakfast was included in price and was well worth every penny, so much so we've already booked for next month for family week away with daughter and grandson. Can't wait to come back again
