Rooms: nothing Food & drinks: Terrible prices

Damp spread throughout the room. Cracks running up walls. Holes in walls. Lights held together by masking tape. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but had to check out after 2. The window wouldnt close and the radiator was broken. Tried to speak to the only staff I could find to be intimidated. I phoned and text after leaving instead and got hung up on. I only asked for a partial refund on the two nights we didnt stay. We paid for breakfast to be told after arriving that they werent doing breakfast until April. The establishment is very run down and the only staff member we saw whilst there was extremely rude and intimidating.

Never stay again Rooms: My mum who is elderly was put on the top floor with lift not working. No hot water toilet not flushing. No-one on reception no breakfast no bar TV remotes not working lights hanging off wall really unpleasant stay

Utterly appalling place to stay, dirty and run down. Zero customer service, we stayed one night on the 29th October. The quests in the next room were screaming , shouting , banging and hitting each other so loud the walls shook. We had a young child with us who was absolutely in fear from the actions of the room next door. The hotel refused to do anything about this so we had to leave to find accommodation else where . And after all this we were offered no refund.

Feel let down. I rang to explain my 5 month old granddaughter was too ill to travel and stay at the hotel. I was told it had been done through a third party and to contact them. I did this explained and asked if I could change the date so I wouldn't lose my money. They rang the hotel who said they would still charge me full price for the room I couldn't use and then pay 27 cancellation fee on top. SO not only do I lose out on this but was going to be charged extra for the privilege. I didn't change date and lost 77 as well.
