Fantastic stay - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We stayed for 3 nights over the bank holiday and loved our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by John and he was brilliant. Very efficient in getting us checked in, explained everything perfectly and was super helpful. Also a very funny guy (Sorry J ane!) whilst not being too overbearing. Our room was on the top floor and was a fine sized room for the two of us. Found the room to be a bit warm at times but that can be expected being on the top floor and a fan was provided which was a huge help. Jane's breakfasts are delicious and kust enough, the fresh coffee each morning is delightful and Jane would also come out to greet us each morning. So lovely, very motherly . All in all we had a fabulous stay, the hotel is less than 5 mins from south pier and close to the pleasure beach whilst still quiet. We will happily visit again and look forward to seeing you again. Well , where to begin . What a FANTASTIC little gem of a place to find with so much choice available. John and Jane (our hosts) are super welcoming and super friendly and go out your way to make you feel at home . From the off a lovely first touch is the keeping of parking spaces reserved for our arrival . Rooms are lovely and clean. Breakfasts are the breakfasts of champions excellent choices and cooked to perfection . John and Jane were fantastic with the kids too . All together an amazing value for money experience but coupled with lovely warm friendly atmosphere too . We will 100% definitely be back .
