Amazing breakfast and hotel. The way the outside looks is totally different to how it is inside. I loved it. I want it to be my house! The food was great, we loved our little family breakfast and had a great window seat. Staff are lovely and attentive. The whole dining area and hotel are gorgeous. Would love to stay there. 10/10

Finally priced us out of coming. We always come twice a year for 2 nights with our children and have done for the past few years. What is really upsetting, is our plan was to come twice a year basically forever. It is even somewhere we wanted our young children to eventually come to by themselves. Growing up in St Annes I have always found it to be a home from home at The Grand. Unfortunately, the room we book which has already gone up in price over the years has shot up from 225 per night in June when we are staying, to a whopping 292.50 in October! A 30% increase. This is just for b&b! Our children are 2 and 4 so don't even eat much. So 585 for a 2 night stay. I just looked ahead for next year and it is 305 per night. By the time we would usually book again who knows what the cost will be! Shame on you! You have lost a very loyal family as I refuse to pay that per night. Inflation is currently around 10% not 30%. We have booked a 5 star 2 bed apartment with a grab and go breakfast, swimming pool and jacuzzi around the corner for literally half the price. It also includes free parking and unlimited coffee unlike the 4.50 a cup you charge for a machine coffee. What a shame.... If the prices come down, we will of course be back but until then, next time will be our last stay! I urge you to think about your prices as I am sure that I am not the only one who feels this way.
