Awful customers service. Paid for a room in full on arrival that we couldn't stay in due to an awful smell coming from the drains through the toilet and shower.
I did think it was strange that the window was open on entering the room when the temperature outside were sub zero.
Obviously this was a cover up by the staff to try and mask such an awful smell.
I asked for an alternative room but they refused.
I asked for my money back which they had taken on arrival but again the management refused.
I had to leave out of pocket and go and find a decent room elsewhere.
Absolute shambles of a place.
Don't waste your time or money.
Also apart from the terrible smell the place was just overall grubby and not inviting at all.
