Haven't stayed, unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to current situation, was told countless times we would get a refund since the beginning of August and still nothing. When I phoned to get an update I received a stinking attitude from the manager. Did say would rebook with them once things had calmed down but that won't be happening now. Not a way to run a business! Not happy and will be taking it further if I dont see a refund very soon. Given a lot of leeway considering the current situation but to be lied to several times and now to have calls and emails avoided and no response is an absolute joke!

We go here regularly. Its a little past its best fabric wise,but not too many hotels in Blackpool aren't. The welcome from Mike and Alison is second to none. The beds are clean, and they send you off in the morning full of cereal toast tea or coffee and a full English. Job done what more could we want. Tea making facilities in the room, close to the Winter Garden's, central pier and The Tower. Great stay time and time again. Reasonably priced its not the Ritz but it has the personal touch that others lack.
