I am really disappointed with this Hotel, me and my friend stayed last year the tv didnt work we was in the loft and the window didnt open it was really warm. We wanted to go back because of the location, The lady was rude on the phone, she said she would ring us back, ignored our calls, ignore my message, not sure why not professional at all treated very wrong its disgusting, I will never recommend this hotel again this isnt how people should be treated, tv didnt work, window didnt open in the loft

This place was horrible there was mould on the roof the room smelt like cigarettes the bunk bed was about to fall apart wasnt attached to the wall I waited ages for them to take my order for breakfast and it took them ages to make it if I could rate this negative stars again I would. Wouldnt recommend. Rooms: Mouldy and smelt like cigarettes

Lovely place , rooms were really nice ,Mark, Andrea & little Charlotte are top hosts , couldn't do enough for you .breakfast was superb , even made scrambled egg for Evan . Myself Wendy , Lyndsey, carly & little Evan loved every minute since we arrived .the hotel is a short walk to the promenade we would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank Mark , Andrea & little Charlotte for making our stay ( even as short as it was ) so good . Thank you once again Mr & Mrs Conway
