        We last stayed at the new guilderoy nearly 8 years ago and it was just as great now as it was then. You get what you pay for. We had the family room (room number 2), with the bunk bed and a mini fridge which is easily enough space for a short stay with plenty of storage, although the website says the WiFi is poor for the room, from our experience it was more than adequate at 60mb speed, there are times that it does drop off in the kids room but the signal is definitely great. The location isn't far from the trams and only a 15 minute tram ride to central pier. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her stay and felt so at home that she wanted to take her shoes off at the front door. So props to Rhona and Simon for providing us a brilliant stay.

        It was a lovely stay, very welcoming gave us an upgrade also did special request - put a birthday banner up. I love the breakfast, very yummy. Was far from sea, which was nice Walkability: Not for from Public transport
