        Lovely host, very welcoming on arrival. Absolutely Spotless inside. Lovely breakfast Lovely modern room (room 12 a twin room). Nice & quiet Easily accessible to all attractions especially The Tower & Winter Gardens Would Highly Recommend *****

        Rooms are ok however may need some help with shower head as kept falling down, needed to help my partner shower. I'll suggest having a back up as may cancel on you last minute if a they get a better offer. Decent B&B overall just can't be trusted as I thought. I agree with the other poor reviews. "Leave the service to Sharon, she is lovely. Doug needs to work on his customers service"

        Thank you to Sharon and Doug, who fantastic hosts, even managed to keep us for an extra night. Accommodation was clean, modern, really comfortable and close to all central attractions. Lovely breakfast with lots to chose from, will definitely be staying here again, thank you .
