Awful hotel ,we stayed Thursday till Monday . The whole weekend the only words the owner said to us was when she was trying to get us to pay more money . They tried to make us pay a damage control fee 3 times!! Even though that shouldve been included in the price and we had no mention of this before coming to the hotel . No food or drinks aloud and signs everywhere telling you you will get fined . Made us pay money for stane on bed sheets and when I explained to her she wouldve had to washed them anyways after our stay she disagreed . She filmed and took videos of us and entered our room without permission . Just money makers and have no respect for their guests . Do not recommend completely ruined our weekend by being nagged at 24/7 even though she knew it was AGM weekend .

AWEFUL, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! firstly the owners are a joke and as far as hospitality goes or professionalism they havent got a clue, and Ive stayed in some places let me tell you! I didnt get to sleep in this property due to unforeseen weather and being snowed in. I requested a refund as you do when you have been snowed in. This resulted in being blocked and not being able to contact them. I went through a third party to get this sorted and still nothing. If you have a problem with this property dont hold your breath as the owners cant even understand English and have a rude ignore it attitude. Safe to say that I wouldnt advise staying here and you could probably stay in a kennel and receive better treatment. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT STAY HERE! ZERO STARS.

DO NOT GO! Absolutely shocking nothing like it is on the photos I booked this for a couple of days away on a budget 135 for 3 nights me and children. Got there was rude couldnt understand what I was saying, didnt even enter the room because it was totally disgusting and dull, the owner/manager have refused a refund even though I didnt even enter the property. And now ignoring all messages and calls when Im trying to reason Ive even accepted half of the money back. Do not stay worst hotel in Blackpool by a long long way dont be fooled! Its 0 stars wouldnt put my dog in there. Vile and disgusting are the only words.
