Royal Hotel

Having stayed at the Royal Hotel before in the of summer 2019 for 5weeks it was pleasant, but this time round in the summer of 2022 for 6weeks it was the complete opposite, we quickly realised it was going to be a long dreaded stay, every request we made like more towels or just more orange juice at breakfast was made to feel like an inconvenience and they were all rude talking about us out the back, we could hear them complaining that we wanted more juice like how dare we even ask!!! Now the condition of the building is tatty to say the least, needs thousands spend in every area of the building, they even had cutomers parking at a abandoned/gone bust care home just across the small road, we also had the unpleasant surprise of sewer works being carried out from a blocked drain, the smell was something else to say the least, John... when our 7 year old son said hello to you and your response was a rudely, goodbye... thank the lord you don't have children, I would have given a 0 star rating had it let me.....
