Leverdale Hotel

Before explaining my main reason complaining, after confirming your payment please , make sure and check that your getting your desired/wanted room placements especially when you have a family. I booked for a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and they separated our room to completely different floors saying that I needed to pay extra in order to get a single family room that I originally booked for. So if you also dont want to end up in separate rooms in different floors please make sure firstly that this issue doesnt happen to you.Regardless of your childs age they could still separate your family. When booking, I ticked that our rooms is either very close or in the same room and they still argued that its not their fault and that they are doing there best still not willing to change this problem if you didnt pay them first and they had spare rooms when we got there so I dont understand why it was such a big problem.So for this reason I was separated from my family for my whole holiday and the only way that we could be together was being in one room cramped and then separating when going to sleep at night. This is my third time going to Blackpool and I never had this issue till this year so for this reason I will not come back to this hotel and if you are going to book here please make sure and think twice about booking to this hotel so this doesnt happen. to you.

We where lucky to get a parking space but others struggled. Breakfast was average staff at breakfast where great. Our room and my sisters room stank of raw sewage the constant sound of running water all through the night was annoying. But the most important thing to remember if you are staying here is a hot water bottle and paracetamol for your back after sleeping on the mattresses I had to take the kids to sandcastles water park the day after waking up with my whole back in absolute bits my partners the same it was shattered I have never experienced back pain quite like it I literally had to drag myself to get dressed for the kids sake. I would have defiantly been better sleeping on the floor!! Wouldnt stay again and wouldnt recommend
