Worst hotel ever, booked with them paid half deposit that they took from my back after they said you don't pay till you get there, emailed 5 days before I got there asking if I was still staying, emailed back saying yes then when got there they said no booking, even though I had all the booking in black and white, told me I had to pay more, I asked to speak to manger and they treat hen to call the police if I didn't pay more or leave. My 10 year old daughter was so upset they ruined her hoilday as a single parent I had a budget which they had taken half of. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL, THOS IS UNDER NEW MANGERMENT AND THEY ARE AWFUL I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES

THE NO10 NO LONGER EXISTS While the new owner was good enough to let us have the rooms for the price we had originally booked for the rooms were of subpar standard. No hot water. No bins. You definitely get what you pay for

My mum stayed here recently and all she can say isDO NOT STAY HERE. The reviews about drunk and violent staff and the place being a complete dive are all true. They scam you on arrival - claim that your deposit hasnt been paid and insist on being paid the full amount in cash. Meanwhile the owner walks around with a can of lager and wads of cash coming out of his pockets. No facilities whatsoever, a dirty, smelly dump, rooms not available as advertised, no food and zero hope. Save your money, save your time, save your energy. Just book somewhere else.
