        We didn't get to stay at the hotel.... We were fobbed off with several excuses as to why the two rooms that were booked and paid for in May were not available.... The place was not much better than a dump and apart from being told to take it up with whoever we booked through we were offered no help.... There were 2 adults and 5 kids in our group who had travelled for 3 1/5 hrs on 3 trains to be told you can't stay here and then left to sort it ourselves.... I'm glad in a way as the place was not fit to sleep animals never mind humans..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
