Very disappointing stay in the Hambleton Suite of Breck Apartments last week. The apartment is open plan, which would be fine if there was a door to the bedroom, but there isnt. Consequently, because the roller blind in the kitchen area does not have a blackout feature you have continuous light from the street into the bedroom! As a result we had disturbed sleep for two nights. WiFi was inaccessible initially, poor customer support no one was in the office. No shaving mirror or even a toilet roll holder in the bathroom, no robes etc. Definitely not a five start experience!
