We had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend. Lovely rooms, lovely people, place is clean, warm and breakfast was lovely. We have stayed at many places in blackpool over the years and have never returned to the same place, but we will definitely return to this one. Thank you so much.... Chris, Trevor, Eileen and Malcolm

Fabulous place to stay. Originally recommended to us and now we won't stay anywhere else in Blackpool. Billy, the owner is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Beds are very comfortable, all white bedding which is spotless. Tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms which is topped up daily. En suite is beautiful and clean with fresh white towels. Breakfast between 9 & 10am where you have a choice of cereals, yogurt and fruit. Full English breakfast is fab but you can also chose a breakfast sandwich too. Fresh orange on every table and tea and coffee all you can drink. Lovely little well stocked bar with dart board and pool table. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Last orders at 11pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back again. Thank you
