Given keys which wouldn't open entrance door Yale lock so we're left stranded on doorstep at 2am until we finally decided as a last resort to climb in through an open window! Passing taxi driver said this has happened before at the Binglea hotel!Room was very low standard with plastic sheets and pillows covering sealed with parcel tape! Decor in dire need of update. Windows filthy! So far removed from the 4.8 rating it advertised. Owner refunded and apologised.
