        My father in law is on end of life care at home and the team from the hospice have been amazing . They initially visited when he became ill with terminal cancer and now at his final stages we could not ask for better support out of hours.. the team who come when he is unwell are outstanding, patient, loving and caring and these people make life bearable for him smiling, comforting and providing medication and intervention when necessary and making him feel safe they are angels on earth Thank you .we will never be able to express our appreciation enough for the work you do and the support you have given to us

        They did the very best they could for my Dad considering the circumstances. Just wish they had communicated and clarified things better in regards to the discharge plan and his options. They took the time to speak to us after his death and have offered all the support they can.
