        I would recommend you do NOT buy a Jones Home new build. Ground floor bay window roof leaked. I've had water leaks from the kitchen, bathroom and toilet room. Terrible plumbing. Downstairs cistern came away from wall because they used rawl plugs and not plasterboard fixings. This is the same with the radiators. Kitchen cabinets are of a cheap quality. Ive had to replace a radiator already. Boiler constantly loses pressure. Front door doesn't close correctly. The finish is certainly not of a high standard. Extract system failed. Garden constantly flooded. If you are thinking of purchasing an older property with the intention of buying the lease, think again. I've been trying for over two years and they keep fobbing me off. Customer service poor from my experience. Buyers beware!!!! Services: Fan installation, Interior finishing, General repairs & maintenance, General plumbing services, Waterproofing, Roof installation
