Watson House

Great location, easily walk to pleasure beach and promenade, also a nearby Tesco. Parking was rather tight, but available. Never heard any of the neighbors. Apartment is not too well looked after, washing machine didn't work, lots of damp and some mould. Would recommend keeping your clothing in your suitcase, would wake up in morning to find any clothes layed out to feel cold and damp. Bathroom is very small with tiny shower cubicle and wobbly taps over sink. Communication with the owner was not good, only received what felt like automated emails, they did not answer any questions. A cott was available and setup for us. Had free wife, cutlery, toweks & bedding. All in all, good for the 3 S's; sleeping, showering & storage. Wouldn't choose to spend my day or evening in there.

500 for 2 nights for a family of 6 was very overpriced for this accommodation. It has very bad damp and mould problems. The carpets feel damp so had to keep my sliders on at all times. Mattresses had no protectors on and are very heavily stained with urine. Neighbours argued most the night due to being drunk. The front of the building is very dated and could just do with an overall clean.
