Terrible. Having sat patiently in the queue with my 4 year old Son I was ready to get in the chair when a chap walked in and apparently he had been in the queue before me even though he had not been in the shop for 20 odd minutes. He was served before me. Unbelievable. Will not be going ever again. Would not have happened when Gordon was there.
