        My wife booked here for a restyle. As it is for a special occasion she specially checked that the appointment would be definite. As this was confirmed she booked. Now, two weeks later and Truth have phoned to cancel her appointment as the stylist is going on holiday. This is appalling customer service and she won't be making any further bookings here as they obviously can't be trusted.
