My teenage son has recently joined the box fit class on a Thursday night. He's really enjoying the lessons.

Been a member for a number of years now, couldnt recommend highly enough. Knowledgable staff, friendly members and very good equipment. Also the on site shop is full of some great meals and supplements.

Ive been a member now for 5 months and cant tell you just how good the gym is. It has one of the most extensive ranges of equipment. There are always instructors on hand happy to help and its such a friendly all inclusive gym. The membership fees are actually slightly lower than others in the area and having signed up with one of the PTs they have got just perked on my physical strength but my mental state too ( Im currently suffering g with Anxiety) . Who know that its not always about lifting the heaviest weight of doing the exercises as fast as possible All these years Ive been exercising incorrectly and I can honestly say I feel better now than Ive felt for years

I joined hello fit in 2019. As I was in the process of my weight loss journey it was an scary decision to join a new gym but I am so glad I did. An amazing facility with amazing coaches and a community where everyone is in it together to help each other reach their fitness goals. 4 years later and it has only got better. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start or carry on their fitness journey.

As an older woman wanting to start back at a gym I was a bit apprehensive I picked Hello as it was very near and I new that would help keep me going I arrived and the old nerves kicked in but I must say I was very surprised although I was a lot older that the rest of the clients I felt very welcome the gym has great equipment always available and I never felt out of place I could get advise if I needed it the classes they have are very varied and you are always welcome to try them at your own pace the opening times are great I was very impressed and would say that if like me you want to start back after a long time away I am sure that Rich will sort you out I am leaving as moving out of the area but will certainly miss my time there I wish Rich and his team the very best for the future Jean
