My son was deniedDlA although his problems are exactly the same and onwards for life. Its just I don't support him anymore because I had a stroke and not able to, his fiance and her family have taken over his care. He now has mental health problems fddue to employee not prepared to accept his disabilities. So now struggling to live and cope with everyday life even tho now older. They don't seem to understand and cannot accept that his disabilities are the same. It's just thati am unable to be there for him but still have to pay the person who has stepped in for me they have no compassionjust because its a hidden illness causing self harming. There so called doctors need retraining. Especially as I am paralysed and in a wheelchair, why ask if I can walk from A-B or climb steps, I wish I could, isn't it obvious to them a stroke is what it says- paralysis on one side and other related disabbilities.
