        Not sure we would have got through such a difficult time had it not been for Caroline, Becky and Alan. They all went above and beyond to ensure we gave the best possible send off for our beautiful Mum. Thank for being so amazing. We will never forget your kindness xx

        The courtesy, respect and much-needed advice we needed to arrange the funeral for my wife's dear step-mum was provided in abundance by Paul, Sam and Becky at J & A Porter Funeral Directors in Lytham St. Annes. Several of our late step-mum's relatives are elderly and live in Ireland so were unable to attend the funeral but, thanks to Paul, live streaming services were provided by Brian David Films - who did a brilliant job. Becky in particular helped us whenever we had a question which needed an answer and Paul's handling of the funeral service was just a pleasure to watch. During what was for us a difficult time, their help and advice on such things as Order of Service brochures and monetary donations in memory of our late step-mum was first rate. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us all.
