Lovely family run funeral service, we were treated with respect,&kindness &guidance all along the way by Charlotte at the cleveleys office, following the death of our brother in law, she also arranged for the service at the crematorium led by Angela who came to our home &discussed the service,.all very professional,in a kind friendly manner-would recommended NC funeral directors with total confidence ,nothing was to much trouble,they took all our worries away at a very difficult time ,so a great big thank you to all concerned .Rosemarie&Leon.

From the moment they answered the phone to the very end of the service, these lovely people were so compassionate, caring and professional. I had no idea how to arrange a funeral and they did it all and made it very special and respectful. Thank you Charlotte and Ashley.

I had already, reluctantly, done a little online research as due to my Mum's age (99) and deteriorating health I knew the day would soon come when we needed the services of a Funeral Director. I liked the fact that it was a family business and whilst not wanting cost to be the primary concern at a time like this, it was good that the total cost was shown - and this was considerably less than we had paid a few years ago for my mother-in-law's funeral. I was so glad I had this information as when my Mum passed away peacefully at home I knew exactly who to call, Ashley arrived quickly and from the moment he entered our house he was not only very professional but also kind and caring. Charlotte came round a couple of days later to organise the funeral details and she was just as good and went through everything with us. We had to wait almost four weeks for an available date at the Crematorium and during this time had to make several phone calls. More often than not it was Ashley who answered - I never had to leave a message on an answerphone, so nice in this day and age to speak to a person and for them to know immediately who you are. On the day of the funeral everything was perfection and so nice that Ashley walked in front of the hearse down our road and again at the Crematorium. The Funeral Officiant, David Phillips, again organised by Ashley & Charlotte got the spirit of Mum perfectly for the service after he had spent time at our house talking about her. I would just add that the Order of Service booklets, which were included, were the nicest I have seen. Thank you both so much for making our bereavement as bearable as it could be. Kindest regards. What an amazing funeral company my Dad Ian Masterson passed away suddenly on 27 February and we had no idea how to organise a funeral. My brother phoned and spoke to Ashley and he was the nicest down to earth person you could speak to at a very difficult time. He put us in touch with his partner Charlotte who couldnt do enough for us, and was so attentive to my mum she organised the funeral, leaflets, newspaper notice, collection of ashes nothing was too much trouble and again shes extremely respectful and down to earth. David Phillips conducted the funeral and he did a very nice service for my Dad and captured his personality perfectly. I recommend Charlotte and family to anybody they did my Dad proud.
