Helen Ashmore funeral care were amazing very caring, compassionate, empathetic and could not have done enough for us. Lucy who attended to our every need is a lovely young woman who treated us like a family member throughout the whole process. A big thank you to the whole team on the day which ran smoothly and nothing was to much trouble to anyone. I could not recommend Helen Ashmore enough, the care and compassion shown by all the team is exemplary, Lucy who dealt with our recent bereavement is a credit to the business she was there for us from the very start day and night and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough for making a sad occasion so much better, The empathy and professionalism shown by Lucy and Helen was excellent. Thank you again.

Helen was recommended to us for my fathers funeral. Helen is a lovely kind patient compassionate person. Her service was professional and friendly. She kept us updated of each step of the process along the way during this hard time. Dad couldnt have wished for a better send off. Thank you

After my father died I had no idea what to do. Helen Ashmore was so helpful and supportive in talking me through the process and decisions. She co-ordinated and organised most of the immediate tasks required in dealing with a death e.g. the notice in the newspaper, the type of service needed, the link with the church and crematorium, the flowers, the wake, the order of service and booklet, the type of coffin, the cars required as well as the care of the body and receipt of the ashes. Everything was carried out very sensitively and to the highest standard and on the day of the funeral Helen talked us through what would happen at each point. The funeral was as perfect as it could be and I would highly recommend Helen Ashmore to anyone who needs to arrange a funeral. Payment for all services used came in one itemised invoice a few weeks after the funeral.
