Thank you to Dawn and her wonderful team for the love and care they showed to our family following the recent passing of our beloved Husband, Dad & Poppa. Our Dad, Eddie, had know Dawn & her late Dad Roland for many years and so Roland L Whitehead & Daughter were our Mums immediate choice. Everyone we have spoken to who has had any dealings with them gives a glowing account of their experience and we would certainly add our familys recommendation to the other 5 star reviews. Every interaction we had with Dawn was comforting and caring - she guided us through the process and decision making very gently. She listened to our ideas & shared her vast experience which enabled us to make the arrangements with some very personal touches for our Dad (including our route to Church & his favourite music choices). His funeral was a truly wonderful celebration of his amazing life & we were so grateful for Dawns input which ensured the whole day went like clockwork. Thanks also to Edward & the team who professionally guided Dads Grandsons, Son-in-Laws & friend who all wanted to carry his coffin on his final journey. We received so many wonderful comments from family & friends after the funeral service and we thank Dawn & her team for looking after Dad for us & helping us give him the most perfect send off that he so deserved xxx

My family are so grateful to Dawn and her family for all the love and care they gave to our precious Mum. We were guided with kindness and respect and reassurance at such a devastating time for us as a family. Dawn and Team are wonderful. Caring and Professional. Dawn came and discussed the Funeral for our Mum the day after and was able to tell us about the options and could recommend a Florist, and would take care of the Order of Service printing etc. Very safe hands.

Massive thanks to Dawn and her lovely daughter, for the kindness we received ever since June died aged 93, on the 3rd of Jan. Everything was handled with such care and undertaken with total professionalism. June would have been delighted by the willow casket, which looked so pretty with the gorgeous flowers, and the day itself went so smoothly, we really couldnt have been in safer hands. Thank you
