D Hollowell & Sons

This is my first experience of having to organise a funeral and my experience with Hollowells and Kyle King who was our dedicated funeral director was excellent. He was very respectful, attentive and empathetic from the initial meeting, throughout all the organisation and to the the very dignified funeral service itself. It was very comforting for me, family and friends. Kyle guided us throughout and offered lots of options on the funeral being the best send off tailored to our wishes. In addition, there were lots of nice touches like the order of service, photographs, memory box and additional contact after the funeral itself. I would highly recommend Hollowells and Kyle.

Rachel conducted the funeral for my step dad last week, she was so kind and thoughtful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble from the beautiful order of service with so many personal touches, through to the magnificent floral arrangement she obtained for us. It was also a really lovely touch to have the memory box given to us after the service with the pictures of him she had printed and extra orders of service to keep or pass on to people who had been unable to attend. Both he and my whole family were treated with dignity and compassion throughout and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rachel did the funeral of my grandfather. She conducted with such compassion. Nothing seemed to much for her, and went above and beyond. She is a credit to you.

My Grandad sadly passed away at the end of December; Hollowells were respectful, professional and compassionate throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend.
