Website looks good and was lower calorie than other companies. Even though its slightly on the dearer side. But I thought I will give it a try. It was delivered today with 2 day shelf life, for a 5 meal day plan. So have to freeze the last few days. Which I dont mind but others might not like this. This is also not mentioned on website. Also all the meals are dumped into an iced cooler box. No organisation. So I had to bag and label them separately myself and then fridge or freeze them. More thought is needed on this side. One of the items for day 1 was replaced with another meal which was not on the menu. Again I was ok with it but thought they should have at least told me something wasnt in stock so they swapped it out. But the biggest thing was the day 5 set meals. One of the breakfast items was 600 calories, and because I said I didnt want mushrooms on it they skipped that meal and gave me a 200 calorie muffin instead. I was expecting the breakfast meal just without the mushrooms. And no note in the box to say this is the reason we left out this meal. They could have emailed also. Their option for dietary information needs to be overhauled, it was just one box asking what items you dont like. So I put down no mushrooms. Website needs to be clear that if you put down an ingredient you dont like then you will get a muffin instead. When I enquired about it they said we have dont any other breakfast meals for that calorie value. Another thing, if someone is new to keto and starting out these meals are not good. Yes they are low calorie but portions are very small. And if you have been doing keto before you will know that you can have big plates by bulking it up with veg or cauliflower rice. Even the instructions state that after having these meals you will still be hungry! With keto its about having the right meals and keto meals can be very big and filling. These are far from it. It should be educating newbies on how fun and filling keto can be, but these meals for newbies will make them think you have to have small plates. Im really sorry for this review but its all the honest truth. I dont think its worth the price you pay for it.

Great food, really impressed after our first order, have already booked our second and plan to continue for the foreseeable. We have tried other online keto meal deliveries in the past, but nowhere near as nice as this. Thanks guys! Really well packaged too with temperature control. They even slipped in a few extra treats, which was nice. Very happy.

I was very sceptical as to the taste as I dont usually like pre packaged food but this is deliscious. Ive ordered my second week of things. The meals taste lovely.

Fabulous meals. Made my transition into a keto diet so easy. Always come well packaged and such a good variety. 100% recommend
