I have received two interflora bouquet flower arrangements from this shop and both just had blank cards with them so did not know who had sent them. That did not impress me and I must say the bouquets were really just average . I used the shop myself for a bouquet for my wife on her birthday and I was not impressed then. I will not be using them again

Hi Kate Thanks for your response. I had left 2 contact numbers so that the delivery could contact my mother if she wasn't in and could have gotten some instructions on what to do or where to leave the flowers. No one had contacted her. I am surprised that she could only receive the flowers without the jug and the other items if all had been placed in a bag as you had shared. That's very puzzling. And its rude of you to be accusing a neighbor of stealing rather than checking on your staff if they should have called the recipient. Is this what you call customer service? We have checked around and nothing was received in the manner that you had shared. I have emailed you several times and you should have my email. You shared you got my previous order, isn't my email information stated in your order request? Disappointed with your response. This is only what my mum received. (without the glass vase)
