Tried this chippy 3 times since new owners took over, first time we had fish and chips and curry sauce, it was average at best. 2nd time we had same order and again it was a let down compared to what we used to get when Dave owned it, 3rd and definitely the last visit, I had fish and chips and the Mrs had jump sausage and chips , the sausage was the only reasonably tasty thing. Fish was pathetic, 75 percent batter and not nice at all, chips were reheated and soggy, and staff spent more time talking to a buddy than they did bothering with customers. Strong believer in giving second and even third chance, but there will not be a fourth. Avoid, try onslow chippy around the corner or seniors if you don't mind paying a bit extra.
