Seniors Normoss Road

Went to seniors last night about 1930. Ordered lightly battered well done haddock, chips & spicy curry. The chips were old & burnt, the fish was swimming in its own grease and was definitely not lightly battered or well done & the curry sauce was fruity not spicy. No opportunity to take the food back as it was closing as I left. Tried to call to complain, no answer. Unable to eat the food it went in the bin. This is a sad example of a previously good chippy going down the pan. Expensive, poor quality, greasy. AVOID THIS PLACE

Service in the shop was excruciatingly slow. Only a young boy and a young girl serving. The young girl finished serving the person in front of me and then went away into the restaurant- she didnt stay there long before returning to the shop but just stood chatting to the Manager. I asked the young lad who was serving another customer if the young girl could come over and serve me as I had been waiting for almost half an hour but he said she couldnt as she was in the restaurant (which she wasnt) and then when I asked him again a few minutes later (because the young girl was still chatting) he completely ignored me and didnt answer me. Appalling customer service, I wont be returning!
