There was a young girl trying to run everything by herself, she was left with no staff and had to call the manager before getting any help. Our orders came an hour later after being ignored and forgotten and only remembered when chasing. When reporting our experience to the manager/owner all he said was its probably what youve ordered with no apologies or any concerns. We were then served scampi that had been sat ready for 40 minutes, when we refused this the manager/owner then proceeded to stand in the kitchen and eat the refused scampi meals. The toilets were not hygienic or even checked on with dirty roll all over the floor and blocked toilets. It was then left down to other staff members to sort out this issue as the owner showed no care and was hiding in the back of the kitchen.
