        Just sat 35 minutes in an almost empty building to be served cold chips and wrong order! Both returned to kitchen only to be fetched out yet again! Drinks offered but refused. We declined the order and asked for full refund! Very dissatisfied with service and lack of cleaning up of tables and outside area. We use Papa's alot locally at both Cottingham and our local at Cleethorpes but never had this experience. They need to get their act together here or it will reflect on the whole of their business elsewhere! Disappointed!
