Very dirty upstairs. Served with tray that had not been cleaned! And I have seen cleaner public toilets these where is a very bad state. Not cleaned in days. Grafiti on the wall too. Loads of teen sat up stairs who have not ordered anything but staff never said a thing! Management needs to get a grip of this mess!
