The last time I came here (2022) I vowed I'd never bother again. Why didn't I listen to myself? First of all, as others have said in their own poor reviews (and there seem to be PLENTY of them about this place!) it's unkempt. Today, the entrance was absolutely filthy - white clay looking clumps of dirt extending from all around the outside eating area right into the shop. Not a good impression. Queueing: no one seems to know whether the people stood around are waiting to order, have ordered and waiting (in the big queue) for their food or simply sheltering from the rain - it's so badly laid out that no-one knows what to do or where to wait without getting in the way and/or hassled. The food: we ordered take away and went directly home, a journey of 6 minutes. The 'chips' were soggy, lukewarm and overcooked. And each 'portion' was a tiny paper bag. 10 piece bucket with SEVEN legs! Not even five each of breast and leg. What a total cheek! But the very worst was the so-called 'gravy'. No exaggeration, it was so thick I turned the container upside down and it stayed in the pot. Wallpaper paste. I had to boil water, scrape the 'gravy' in a glass jug and then add lots of hot water and whisk like crazy. The bit that was stuck to the lid wouldn't even go down the sink drain with running water on it when I washed it before putting into recycling! I'm being serious here - what gives? How come the 'chips' are so unpalatable? Why 7 legs in a bucket of 10 pieces and why isn't there anyone there that knows how to make up their 'famous' gravy, clearly with no quality control? And is it really too much to ask to sweep up a bit? That muck wasn't just dumped there, that was obvious. ABSOLUTELY not worth your hard earned. I said out loud "I wish we'd gone to Macdonald's now"

The offers that are promoted arent available in store they sayexcept they areand then they say they are notmade me order using two different apps even though the website say available in store. Really bad service. Store members just couldnt care less.

shocking had KFC tonight they got my order wrong sent the wrong items with food missing and have charged me 25 for the pleasure

Been slow getting food last two times. Other than that its a good bit of grease when you need it
