        I share the same experience as some of those below. Despite explaining my situation and making a reasonable transfer request, they refused it and ignored my follow up email explaining I was leaving the Country in a week and wanted to do the next event rather than waste my entry. I asked on the Facebook page if anyone wanted my race entry and now it seems I've been restricted from commenting on the page or events. I've ran with them before but never again. It's now clear that it's an event company not a group of runners taking control of it as they've got no empathy for injury at all. They'd rather have someone run injured rather than defer a year after already changing events. Cold, cold, company.

        Completed the 60 mile sportive yesterday , great event that was very well organized with good feed stations on course , easy to follow directions and a smile and nice medal at the finish , would definitely recommend.
