        One charger not working at all. 30/12/22

        No problem although declined my credit card (the one on record with InstaVolt) first time round (maybe it timed out?) but ok on second attempt. Kept loosing wireless connection to the app (which I was watching to keep abreast of the charging status) which was a bit surprising. Overall charge went well. Not inexpensive but what I look for is speed and reliability. In Booths supermarket car park. Shop very nice with coffee shop and reasonable prices. Charger location spaces a bit on the small side and luck they had cut the hedge next to them otherwise could not have got out of the drivers door. Would use again.

        Only one of the chargers was working at the time but easy to use, fast charging and had a coffee and sandwich whilst waiting for a full charge.

        Only one point working, waited 30min to get a charger. Went and had a coffee while waiting for car to charge.

        Only gave 29kW instead of 50 for some reason. Also the syncing of the app and device wasn't great. App didn't know until I forced a refresh that it started and had to start via the machine too. Not the smoothest user experience.
