Springs and Canopies

Shocking customer service!! Sent a few emails now trying to get in touch, as they don't take phone calls and I have had no reply! We received the wrong colour canopy and trying to arrange for the correct colour to be sent, but no reply at all from the company. I am not paying the postage to send it back to them as a return, as it's the companies error. Will end up having to do a claim through my credit card company to get our money back! Wont be using you again.

Have ordered for over 2 weeks, still haven't received it. They not even responding to my emails. I feel I've lost my money.

Their sizes are very, very approximate... I order a 110x190 canopy. The 110 side was 3cm short (just workable), but the 190 side was 7cm (yes, seven) short.

Placed an order on the weekend this July for a green replacement canopy. Received an acknowledgment email that its due in 3 working days. Not received it and no response from Springs and canopies either my email and the phone call is not manned. I cannot be sure if I will receive my order at this rate and the voicemail said there is a back log of stock orders for another few months. Cant comment about the product and the next few days are expected to be rain and cloudy. IF i receive my order I may alter my feedback.

Ordered two swing canopies for different swings. The website descriptions are helpful in getting the correct style, and they both fitted perfectly. Was kept informed of delivery schedule. Very impressed, highly recommended.
