Bought a Pulsar night sight via Amazon from this company three years ago, despite very little use since delivery, the unit failed one month outside the three year warranty period. Contacted Optixmania twice asking whether as a good will gesture with it being so close to the end of the warranty they would at least have a look at the unit, no response to either email. This is not how they would like to be thought of according to their own website where they claim going the "extra mile". Turns out as they are not official Yukon distributors, the original three year warranty may not have been honoured at any time. Also seem to think that they had already had a poor review on Google but now only a single 5 star review is visible. Not impressed.

Found my old 10x50's and sadly they were damaged. Found Binoculars UK on web and went to find them at the wrong address. Eventually found them above Sainsbury's on Victoria Road in Cleveleys and what an Aladdin's Cave of stuff. I will be going back there at Christmas probably to treat myself to something I can look at the sky with. Until then I will make do with the 10x50's that I did purchase.
