Really good service shame collection is only once a week on a Tuesday, maybe another driver would help that's my only fall on 1 star for a full 5 part from that it's brilliant

I'm editing my review from a year ago which I have included below this one to update my opinion. If you have bedding with plastic poppers they get melted in the press . A minimum charge of 20 +VAT was introduced autumn last year but didn't infom their customers. I sent some laundry this week and when It turned up the minimum amount had increased to 25 +VAT, again without notice. The payment machine regularly struggles to find a signal so after 3 attempts by the driver (friendly Stuart) I went to the unit to make my 30 payment. I'm voting with my feet. Especially when they washed my bottle green sheets with my white linen so I had to throw out 3 double sheets and 2 singles. Used Viking for commercial laundry and ironing service for our hotel bedding. Their pricing structure is straightforward and reasonable. They collect and drop your laundry off within 72 hours. I sent a lot of linen with sun and dust crease stains and the majority were gone when I received my laundry back. Nice friendly staff offering a great service.
