Pleasant staff. Really friendly and great service. Just used their service of having our washing done and dried because of the recent weather. Normally 24hrs for washing and drying. If lucky enough, drop it of when opening and May just May get it back at the end of the day. Will use again, and would recommend to anyone who lives or visiting.

This place ruined my wedding dress. My dress was white with very soft silky fabric and embroidery and they returned it beige, rough, and the embroidery looks worn out. They had obviously cleaned it too hot for the material and burnt it. After the rude owner tried to deny any fault I got my money back but my dress is ruined. I have had it dry cleaned before and it was immaculate. Avoid this place and certainly don't trust them with anything you value.

OMG! This place is amazing. My wife took a dress that she was wearing to a wedding to timpsons dry cleaning servive at the clifton retail park and the dress came back with more stains on it than when she took it, one of the new marks seemed to be a green biro pen mark right on the front of the cream bodice. She didnt hold much hope out for this to be removed but poulton dry cleaners got all the marks removed by the very next day. The customer service was fantastic! I would highly reccomend Poulton dry cleaners they work magic. Thankyou very much Gaven
